Description

The TCR50-2 Compact Tracked Dumper is a highly versatile machine designed for maximum functionality, performance, comfort, and serviceability. With an impressive 65-degree dumping angle and a 3,700 kg maximum loading weight, operators can easily discharge a large volume of soil with just one dumping stroke. The machine also features left and right skip-tip functionality (180 degrees) for efficient sideways dumping, reducing the need for frequent repositioning and minimizing wear on the rubber tracks.

The operator's station is fully redesigned and boasts a range of features to ensure maximum comfort and ease of operation. These features include a large 5.7-inch color multi-informational display, hydraulic joystick controls, an adjustable suspension seat, powerful air conditioning, an AM/FM radio with USB support, and a large cup holder. The joystick controls deliver smooth operation for travel function and dump body function, while the foot throttle allows for more intuitive and economic engine speed operation. The wide-opening maintenance cover provides easy access to the engine and routine inspection points, while the standard fuel transfer pump enables easy and quick refilling of the tank.

The electrical system is top-notch, with sealed rocker switches, multiple power sockets, LED lighting, turning direction indicator lamps, and VDU skip park position indicators. Other features include a TSS immobilizer and optional TFM (Takeuchi Fleet Management) system. The Stage V Turbocharged Yanmar Engine is low-emission and low-noise, with DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC Exhaust After Treatment, an AdBlue tank with a ground-level gauge, automatic fuel bleed system, double-element air cleaner, and automatic deceleration. The service interval is a generous 500 hours.
